Exclusions

• Meals & Beverages: Lunch and dinner (unless specified in the itinerary), snacks, and additional beverages.

• Arrival Night: Accommodation for "Day 0" (prior to the tour start date).

• Peak Supplements: Seasonal surcharges for Christmas and New Year periods.

• Personal Gratuities: Tips for guides, drivers, and support staff.

• Incidental Expenses: Any personal effects or services not explicitly mentioned in the "Inclusions" section.

Essential Rider Information

To ensure a comfortable expedition, we recommend the following:

• Climate Prep: Please bring versatile gear suitable for warm, windy, or rainy mountain conditions.

• Personal Care: Insect repellent and high-SPF sun protection are highly recommended.

• Attire: Casual, rugged clothing designed for outdoor activities and extended riding.

• Hotel Timing: Standard check-in is at 14:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

Payment Policy

• Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required to secure your tour dates.

• Final Balance: Full payment must be settled at least 45 days prior to the departure date.

• Late Bookings: For reservations made within 45 days of the tour, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are calculated based on a 09:00 start time on the first day of the tour:

• 31 to 45 Days Prior: 50% of the total tour fee is retained.

• Within 14 Days: 100% of the total tour fee is retained.
